Wear resistance
If carbide is used for base plate, cost rise
If you just require a part tobe hardened, rough surface required for extended time, we recommend carbide thermal spray or ceramic thermal spray. For turbines with steam atmosphere or fly ash, abrasion resistance properties will improve with thermal spraying preventing corrosion of base material.
