The open lab is equipped with a world-leading cold spray system.
We’ve adopted an easy-to-understand, functional layout.
An assistant will be in attendance.

How to Use Open Lab
1Consultations / Estimates
We’re able to customize the details of thermal spraying to meet the needs and concerns of customers.
For example, material, shape, number, characteristics required for the coating, intended application, application atmosphere, and so on.
2Preparation of Jigs / Powders
Customers are required to prepare jigs and powders themselves.However, we will design and make dedicated jigs for a fee according to the shape of the product and the thermal spraying position.
Additionally, we’re able to provide powder for a fee, so please feel free to talk to us if you have any questions.
3In the Open Lab
The Open Lab is available for use from 9:00 to 17:00. (Closed one hour for lunch)
There will be one full-time assistant each day.
You can even leave something like robotics programs for the assistant to operate.
In the Open Lab, we’ll explain how to use, prepare, maintain and clean cold spraying devices to customers thinking of using cold spraying devices.
