APS - Atmospheric Plasma Spray
This uses ceramic or a variety of feedstock for atmospheric plasma spray coating.
By providing a high degree of automation to atmospheric plasma spray coating, we
have achieved a high level of reproducibility and have set up a system capable of
providing highly functional coatings. We are also able to develop spraying
equipment and production technologies to suit particular coating specifications.
APS - Installation/Operation Requirements
| Electrical | 50/60 Hz, Three-phase, AC 400V , 150A |
| Main Gas | Ar |
| Sub Gas | He or H2 |
| Cooling Water | water supply at 1 MPa, 30 lpm |
| Air | Air supply at 30-90 lpm at 0.6 MPa |
LPC - Low-Pressure Plasma
We provide large-scale low-pressure plasma spraying equipment, enabling us to
produce coatings for everything from small parts to large products. Spraying is
conducted at low pressures, meaning there is extremely little coating oxidization.
Also, by preheating the substrate, it is possible to create a fine coating with
very few pores.
LPC - Chamber External size
| Diameter x Length | 2,000@~2,500 mm |
|---|
Can be sized to client specifications.
HVOF - High Velocity Oxygen Fuel Equipment
High velocity oxygen fuel is used to create fine coatings using cermet with a high
bonding strength. Such coatings possess superior anti-erosion and anti-corrosion
properties, making them ideal for use in harsh environments. Even in fields where
the use of plasma spraying and other types is limited due to issues of reliability,
high velocity oxygen fuel can be applied. We maintain a large proportion of the
high velocity oxygen fuel available in the market, making it possible for us to
respond to a wide range of needs.
HVOF - Installation/Operation Requirements
| Electrical | 50/60 Hz, One-phase, AC 220V, 15A |
| Cooling Water | water supply at 0.5 MPa, 45 lpm |
| Gas | Oxygen |
| Fuel | kerosene |
| Powder Carrier Gas | N2 or Ar |
| Air | Air supply at 30-90 lpm at 0.6 MPa |
