Heater-Gun Integrated Cold Spray Unit
Metals difficult to be deposited such as Ni, Ti and stainless steel can be created at higher gas temperatures and pressures with high deposition efficiency. Deposits more than 10 mm thick can be achieved.
- Heater and gun integrated into one unit.
- Coatings are almost non-oxidized and remarkably dense.
- Electrical conductivity of Cu deposit is over 95% pure copper.
- Coatings can be deposited on a wide variety of substrate materials such as metals, alloys and ceramics.
- Neither nozzle clogging nor blockage occurs through a newly developed nozzle technology.
- Maximum chamber gas temperature: 900°C
- Maximum gas pressure: 5 MPa
